Flooding reported in parts of Toronto as heavy rain falls

Toronto Police Service is reminding the public to be vigilant around waterways as flooding has been reported in parts of the city Thursday, May 25.

A tweet sent by Toronto police operations centre just before 3 p.m. Thursday read, "PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT: City of Toronto -Flooding seen in parts of city -Reminder keep kids/pets away from rivers/watercourses -Be careful."
