One person was arrested for impaired driving after a two-vehicle crash Thursday that shut down the Don Valley Parkway ramp to Bayview Avenue and Bloor Street.

Toronto police said a Chevrolet pickup truck carrying three people and a black Kia SUV with two occupants collided on the ramp at 5:52 a.m. April 20.
