Toronto Police have released security camera images of a man wanted in armed robbery of the TD Bank at 2080 Danforth Ave.
The hold-up happened on Sunday, March 12 at 3:40 p.m.
Investigators report a man wearing a large pair of dark sunglasses entered a bank near Danforth and Woodbine avenues.
He waited in the line and advised the teller he wanted to open an account.
He then allegedly handed over a note written on the back of an ATM envelope to the employee demanding cash and threatening everyone in the bank.
The suspect, who is described a brown, in his early 20s, 5’8” and 150 pounds with short hair, was given a quantity of cash and quickly fled the bank.
