Toronto police are reminding vehicle owners to not leave any valuables inside their vehicles after several cars and trucks were recently broken into in East York.
Const. Ingrid Hannah of 54 Division said vehicles in an underground garage on Eastdale Avenue, near Lumsden Avenue, were entered in the evening/early morning hours of Sunday, March 26 and Monday, March 27.
“(They) were entered by smashing the vehicles’ windows,” Hannah said, noting all of the incidents are currently under investigation.
