Fundraiser to help local youth stabbed during robbery

The Ted Reeve Hockey Association (TRHA) is holding a 50-50 draw to help one of its long-standing members who was violently attacked and robbed of his cellphone and cash near the Main Street subway station Friday, Nov. 21.

The Ted Reeve Hockey Association (TRHA) is holding a 50-50 draw to help one of its long-standing members who was violently attacked and robbed of his cellphone and cash near the Main Street subway station Friday, Nov. 21.

East-end resident Liam McDermott, part of the Ted Reeve community for several years as a hockey player as well as one of the association’s timekeepers, suffered multiple stab wounds during the attack and was rushed to St. Michael’s Hospital.
