Man charged with second degree murder in High Park stabbing

A man in his 20s has been charged with second-degree murder and is scheduled to appear in court this morning following a fatal stabbing in an apartment building on High Park Avenue, Tuesday, Dec. 9.

A man in his 20s has been charged with second-degree murder and is scheduled to appear in court this morning following a fatal stabbing in an apartment building on High Park Avenue, Tuesday, Dec. 9.

Police were called to the building at 8:40 p.m. where EMS found a man in an apartment with multiple stab wounds. Believed to be in his 50s, according to Const. Victor Kwong, he was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
