Three Toronto teams are in contention to win championship titles at the prestigious Robbie International Soccer Tournament which wraps up Monday, June 30, in Scarborough.
Championship games are scheduled for Birchmount Stadium and the L’Amoreaux Sports Complex in Scarborough today in both boys and girls divisions ranging from Under-13 to Under 17/18.
Locally, the Wexford Shockwave from Scarborough will meet the Ottawa Gloucester Impact Gold for the boys U-15 title at 11 a.m. at Birchmount Stadium.
Also, the East York Blue Devils will play Calgary Chinook United for the girls U-16 championship at 1 p.m. at Birchmount Stadium.
In the boys U-16 title game, Toronto’s Masters Futbol Academy Catalans meet the Kitchener 98A team at 3 p.m. at Birchmount Stadium.

Girls U-13 - North Mississauga Panthers versus Woolwich at 9 a.m. at the L’Amoreaux Sports Complex
Girls U-15 - Dixie Athletics Black versus Ajax FC 99 White at 9 a.m. at Birchmount Stadium.
Boys U-13 - Brampton Blast verus Ajax FC Red at 10:45 a.m. at L’Amoreaux Sports Complex.
Girls U-14 - Pickering Power Green versus Aurora Stingers (Team 1) at 12:30 p.m. at L’Amoreaux Sports Complex.
Boys U-14 - Markham Lightning versus Dixie Athletics at 2:15 p.m. at the L’Amoreaux Sports Complex.
Girls U-17 - Oshawa Kicks Avengers versus Woodbridge Strikers at 5 p.m. at Birchmount Stadium
Boys U-17/18 - Lakeshore Rangers (Québec) versus Montego Bay United FC All-Stars (Montego Bay, Jamaica) at 7 p.m. at Birchmount Stadium.
The L’Amoreaux Sports Complex is on Silver Springs Boulevard in the Birchmount Road and Finch Avenue area.
Birchmount Stadium is located at 75 Birchmount Rd.
The Robbie tournament is in its 48th year and is Canada’s larges youth soccer tournament for charity. Since it’s inception in 1967, the tourney has raised more than $1.6 million mostly for Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
Proceeds from tickets from today’s championship games go to Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Prices are adults (19-64) $5; youth (11-18) $2; seniors (65+) $2; and Children (under 10) are free.
