Toronto is set to feel the effect of a nor’easter in Atlantic Canada Wednesday, Dec. 10 with up to 10 centimetres in snow expected in the Greater Toronto Area starting in the evening and into the following day.

Drivers might find commuting treacherous, with possible wind gusts up to 60 kilometres per hour.
