Be one of the daring souls who brave the icy temperatures of Lake Ontario to take part in the 10th annual Polar Bear Dip, New Year’s Day at Sunnyside Beach.
Since 2005, the Toronto Polar Bear Club has raised almost $200,000 for Habitat for Humanity Greater Toronto Area.
Registration for the dip is on now. Sign up as an individual, create a team or join one. Too afraid to dip? Be a team player by signing up to fundraise. Share your fundraising page with friends, family and colleagues. A minimum $30 donation is required to participate. Prizes are available for top teams and individual fundraisers.

The polar bear dip starts at 11 a.m. Jan. 1. Socks, sandals or shoes are recommended. Avoid footwear that falls off. Bring lots of towels, a blanket, warm, loose clothing.
