Commuters are facing a slow ride to work and school this morning as a dusting of snow covers Toronto, with road conditions worse outside the city.

Part of the Don Valley Parkway was closed by police at about 12:15 a.m. Nov. 17 due to icy conditions. Salt trucks were brought in and the highway re-opened about an hour later.
