It could take up to eight hours for crews to repair a broken gas line near Kingston Road and Victoria Park Avenue.

As a result, up to 4,500 Toronto Hydro customers in an area bounded by St. Clair Avenue to the north, Queen Street East to the south, Main Street to the west and east to Kennedy Road could be left without power.
