Volunteer-run Bike Pirates moving to new location in Parkdale next year

With the new year comes a new location for the ever popular volunteer-run, DIY organization Bike Pirates.

Bike Pirates is in the midst of moving from Bloor Street West near Lansdowne Avenue to Parkdale. To help fund the move and renovations of the new space, the volunteer-run bike shop has launched a crowd funding campaign. With the new year comes a new location for the ever popular volunteer-run, DIY organization Bike Pirates.

The Do-It-Yourself workspace has called the Bloor Street West and Lansdowne Avene-area home for the past six years. Volunteers are in the midst of packing up the shop in order to be out by month’s end. The lease has been signed at 1416 Queen St. W.
